Water Course Foods

by Rita
(Denver, Colorado)

Great For Vegetarians and Non-Vegetarians

I have been a vegetarian for most of my life, and while I usually don't have trouble finding something to eat at a normal restaurant, it's nice to be able to choose from anything on the menu. However, my husband is not vegetarian, so it can be hard to find a place that will offer him options he'll like too. Luckily, we both love the dishes at WatersCourse Foods.

WaterCourse Foods is very casual, but I like their cute and laid back atmosphere. The staff there is always friendly and willing to suggest good options off the menu. They all seem like they really enjoy the restaurant too, which I appreciate.

Of course, the most important aspect of any restaurant is the food. Not to worry, this restaurant has an amazing menu. My personal favorite thing to order is the seitan buffalo wings. They come with the most delicious ranch dressing I have ever tasted. Another thing that I frequently order is the sweet potato and black bean tacos. I love sweet potatoes, so I might be biased, but I think it's one of the most delicious tacos ever created.

The one negative thing I have to say about this restaurant is that I frequently have had to wait a long time for a table. Even when I try and hit the restaurant at a not so busy time, I expect to wait at least 15 minutes. At a busier time, I usually have to wait over 30 minutes. However, it's not too big a price to pay when my dining experiences there are always so great.

I would recommend this restaurant to any vegetarians in the Denver area. If you're not a vegetarian, but open to trying meat-free foods, I'd definitely recommend WaterCourse Foods to you too. Their food is so good, anyone can enjoy it.
