Try Breckenridge Ski Resort

by Tasha
(Montana)

Any fan of skiing knows that the Denver area is full of excellent ski resorts. It's one of the best places to ski in the world, and many people have built beautiful resorts around all the great ski locations. I've been lucky enough to try several of the ski resorts in the area, but my favorite is definitely Breckenridge Ski Resort.

One of the things that really stands out about the Breckenridge Ski Resort for me is how beautiful the lodgings are. I have stayed in both the historic district and the Peak 7 lodging areas. Staying in the historic district adds a lot of ambiance and gives your trip a really romantic sort of feel. The rooms there have gorgeous views, but they can't compare with what's available in the Peak 7 lodging areas. Being able to see the mountains from that point is incredible, and being that close to the skiing adds a lot to any vacation.

No matter how great the lodgings are, however, the most important thing about any ski lodge is, well, the skiing. That's amazing at Breckenridge too. They have the highest chairlift that I've ever been on, and just riding it got me so excited to ski! The mountains are beautiful and the snow is always perfect. Although I've never taken ski lessons there, my aunt did on one trip and was very pleased with the results.

If you are planning a ski trip to Denver, I highly recommend staying at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. From their beautiful lodgings to their amazing mountains, they have everything it takes to make a perfect vacation.

Good luck and happy skiing!
