Tiny Town - A Miniature Village in Colorado

Tiny Town, located in a picturesque mountain canyon at what was once a Denver - Leadville stagecoach stop, features 1900's style one-sixth sized buildings. It was build in 1920 by businessman George Turner for his daughter.

<img src= The attraction features replicas of Mount Vernon and other famous buildings, as well as mini versions of Colorado locations, such as a mine, the Coney Island hotdog stand, and more. There is also a large playground for kids, and many of the tiny houses are open and children can crawl around in them. You can ride the train around the park for $1 per person. Sometimes on the weekend they run the old steam engine, rather than the diesel. A nice gift shop and a snack stand is on the premises.

A lot of fun for children and inexpensive for parents!
