Racines Restaurant of DenverRacines is one of my favorite Denver restaurants. The establishment, known for its wide variety, is open late. It is close to downtown, so it's a great place to stop after the theater or other Denver attractions.I have enjoyed chicken alfredo and fish and chips at here, as well as a chicken enchilada and chili relleno platter (my favorite!) They have a very large menu with many different options, such as sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads, and Mexican dishes. The restaurant is attractively decorated in a contemporary style, and if you're lucky you might see a local celebrity or the mayor of Denver eating there.
