Lifelong Colorado Rockies Fan Here

I have been told that I was a Colorado Rockies fan since birth. I can't quite remember that time of my life, but I'm inclined to believe that it is true. For as far as my memory goes back, I've been a huge fan of both baseball and the Colorado Rockies. For me, there is no team that compares to them.
I own Rockies towels, jerseys, mugs, hats, and more. I even have a t-shirt featuring Dinger, the Rockies mascot. People in my life know what a huge Rockies fan I am and they are always on the lookout for new merchandise to give me for gifts. This Christmas I received a new Rockies blanket which I am happy to use.
I am sure you can imagine how thrilling the 2009 Rockies season was for me. I am no fair weather fan and have supported my team through thick and thin but there is nothing quite like seeing your team have such a good season. I think that Jim Tracy has done a fantastic job with the team and I am really glad that he was hired. I'm not going to lie, I was a little heartsick when we lost to the Philadelphia Phillies, but I know that we'll come back next season better than ever.
Some of my favorite players on the Rockies of past and present include Jeff Francis, Vinny Castilla, and of course, Todd Helton. I feel absolutely sure that Todd Helton will get the Colorado Rockies into the Hall of Fame. He is truly an incredible player.
I live very lucky to live in Colorado where we have such excellent teams to support, especially the Rockies. I can't wait for baseball season to start again. I just know the Rockies are going to do great this year.
