  • Colfax Avenue is the longest street in the USA at 30 miles long.

  • The Dwight Eisenhower Tunnel is the highest tunnel in the world at 11,000 feet.

  • The world's largest rodeo takes place in Denver every spring.

  • Teddy Roosevelt enjoyed staying at Hotel Colorado. in Glenwood Springs

  • Also in Glenwood Springs is the world's largest hot springs.

  • Rocky Ford, Colorado is the Melon Capital of the World
