Emerald Isle is my favorite Denver Mexican restaurant.

It looks like a dive, it sounds like Ireland, but it tastes...delicious!



Emerald Isle is a bar serving mainly Mexican food, although they also have burgers and sandwiches. I like the chicken enchiladas and the steak fajitas. Although it is a bar, Emerald Isle also has a dining room area at the back, as well as a large patio that has great views of the mountains and Cherry Creek Reservoir.
