  • Of course, if you don't feel adventurous there are 'normal' dishes such as steak, chicken, or fish.

I recently enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Buckhorn Exchange . Our waitress first brought us a tray of wonderful bread and butter to munch on while we studied the menus, which are made to look like old-fashioned newspapers. Your menu is yours to keep as a souvenir.

Lunch options include a wide variety of sandwiches, burgers, and meat entrees.

I ordered the grilled salmon, which came with wild rice and a red chile hollandaise sauce.

The salmon was great - crisp and flavorful on the outside and moist and juicy inside. The red chile hollandaise was the perfect compliment - creamy and just barely spicy.

Once you've finishe your meal, you can enjoy one of several mouthwatering desserts, such as a Rocky Road double-chocolate brownie, Turtle cheesecake, or apple pie with cinnamon rum sauce and.

    You will not leave hungry!

Besides the unique food at this famous restaurant, the decor is very unique. The walls, shelves, and ceiling are lined with over 500 stuffed animals and birds, including some unique artifacts such as a two-headed calf and a jackalope.
